I sat in an uneven boulder
My feet gently soaked
in its pristine waters.
The breeze
Making its crystal clear
Waters to splash
Soothing me
With much tranquility
I enjoyed watching
As beautifully colored
fishes doing their tricks.
Then I noticed
The ebb getting weaker.
Reaching the shoreline
No more.
Exposing the watery
sand craving
to see the sunlight
But the sun had just
Set in the west
“twas twilight.
